Overall stay at the hotel was fine but, when we first checked in, we encountered some issues with the front desk staff, Alana. When I told her that I had a reservation and she asked me my last name, she said that I had actually booked 2 rooms. I informed her that, no, that was not the case and it must be a mistake. Once I spoke with my husband, we realized that we had both booked the hotel accidently and in fact did book 2 separate rooms. We apologized for our mistake and Alana was able to cancel of the reservations and we only got charged once. This is besides the point though. Alana was very rude and argumentative when we tried explaining the situation to her. She was not friendly or helpful when we first arrived at the hotel. It was not a pleasant experience when we had just drove 5 hours to get there and we just wanted to get set up in our room.

We enjoyed our stay at Courtyard. Our room was well maintained, clean and spacious, with comfortable bed and amenities. The staff was very helpful and quickly resolved a problem we encountered. The only downside was a loud air conditioner, but it's a common occurrence in hotels. Most importantly for us, the hotel is in close proximity to Cornell.

One of the best things was the breakfast and hospitality it was a very welcoming stay , clean quite and delightful
